Expert advisor based on Stochastics indicator needed.

I would like an EA coded that uses the built-in stochastics that comes with MT4. 

I would like the following options:

1. When both lines cross one another from bottom for a long entry at or below a level that I enter (eg: 10 or 15) and vice versa for short
2. Options to set the K, D, and Slowing values
3. To take a long position as long as price is above a certain moving average and it meets number 1 criteria
4. To take a short position as long as price is below a certain moving average and it meets number 1 criteria
5. Option to set the moving average, method, and apply to option
6. Option for Stop Loss, Take Profit, Break-even,
7. Option for trade to close if both stochastics lines cross in the opposite area (closes long when both lines cross above or at 80 level and closes short when both lines cross at or below 20... these levels are based on number 1 criteria)
