I need a coder to make an Expert advisor from a set of indicators

EA place a trade when conditions are met as stated in the picture


1. EA places trades when conditions are met for sell or buy


2. SL is fixed or below main arrow candlestick


3. TP is fixed or when the trend indicator changes by two candles or main arrow appears. i can select which to use(trend indicator or main arrow)


4. Other basic features such as breakeven, Trailing, Time of trade filter , autolot and manual lot etc


5. Notification such push, email, sound and pop when 1. conditions are met and 2. when trade is placed or closed.


6. when signal requirement is match in current TF, EA further confirms if the condition  is same condition(all indicators must be same too as seen in the picture) in two other selected TFs(can be turn on/off . when turn off, only current TF is used. ) . my default is 30min but i select h1 and h4 for trend filter or additional confirmation TF. i can select only one in addition to current TF


7. Equity close once the set percent profit or loss is achieved for that day.it cant take trade once basket trade is closed either lost or profit till the next day even if signals are generated! i set the daily profit or loss of equity. if achieved, it closes all trades and will not open any trade till the time set to start trading.

8. Locking to account and expiry.

ALL indicators will be sent to suitably qualified coder
