EA based on multiple timeframes and currencies with Stochastic and Williams Percent range

Hi, I hope you can help me with this. I need a EA that executes orders based on the Stochastic and Williams Percent range in multiple timeframes and currencies. 

Below a hopefully clear case. I need this EA. Example :

Pairs USDCHF and EURUSD

If : 

Timeframe 1M EURUSD : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic 95 and Williams 93)

And

Timeframe 1M USDCHF : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic 19 and Williams 30)

And

Timeframe 5M EURUSD : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic 85 and Williams 30)

And

Timeframe 5M USDCHF : both indicators Stochastic and Williams Percent range have reached a selected value between 0 and 100. (Example value : Stochastic 20 and Williams 20)

= Result execute a order on USDCHF 

Possibilities to select :

Different lotsize( 0.01 0.02 etc.)

Buy and sell orders based on Stochastic value and or Williams value in combination of Multiple currency pairs

Stoplosses and take profits based on a fixed size and or based on Stochastic value and or Williams value.

Combination of All time frames

Possibility to backtest different inputs

Max spread option
