Multi Pair Spread monitor and Log to Excel file

Hi there i want to make a indi/ea whatever is best to add to chart and set pairs to monitor in the inputs and it makes a line graph or something to track the spread of those pairs. it should display on chart if possible or in indicator window. i want it to log the details to an excel file also so i can run for a day or two and have the spread logged.

i want to know lowest spread, highest spread and average spread. im not sure how u would calculate it up but i will leave that to u. maybe check spread on each tick and display on chart as a line with the numbers. main thing is the high/low/average and in the line if we can high and low limit maybe u can show example EURUSD high 20 points low 5 points and have a level with a line so it changes color above or below these levels so we can at a glance see when it was over or under the levels. 

i understand we cant see the past but when added to chart it will record spread values going forward on chart and log to excel file.

On a side not i wonder is it possible seen as we will have an average line of the spread to apply a moving average to this line also and see what it looks like. but this is just an optional request.
