Help develope new indicator using ( bollinger bands )

Hello 

i need to develope indicator using togheter  bollinger bands + standar deviation 

new entryes buy/sell signals show on graphic in blue red colours.

MQL4 or 5 

as weel i need a  license generator ( key gen for each new indicator) , one license for each client using the account number of the  broker= only 1 trading account x 1 indicator
