Tweak a price based EA and CI for MT4 and MT5

I am looking for a programmer who can take an existing expert advisor and custom indicator based on price action, strip, add a couple of features and re-code in both MT4 and MT5, streamlined clearing out all the unnecessary existing explorations. The skeleton framework is all there, it just needs a few additions and tweaks; entry reasoning, trailing and risk management.   Its a simple trend based swing trading method using price action outlined with the custom indicator.  I have a detailed explanation and corresponding charts for all the EA and changes required, as well of course as the existing EA and indicator, plus annotated backtested charts.
