DLL and supporting libriaries for MATLAB custom function and MT5

I am looking for someone to review and complie the appropriate DLL and Libraries for utilizing a custom Matlab function with MT5.  I have already written the Matlab function and corresponding MT5 code to create the data array that will be passed to Matlab and evaluated by my custom function which returns an output array which will then be utilized by my MT5 adviser.  I have tested both the MT5 data export and Matlab function via exporting data to csv then importing it to matlab and running my function, so I expect that this job should be fairly straight forward without much (if any) trouble shooting.

 Feel free to let me know if you need any additional information.  My files will be delivered to the developer selected for the project.  Also, after the project is completed i will be using this to work on trading methods and if successful will likely need to do this again for MT4 so there is a chance for repeat work.
