EA which placing OCO or Hedge on definated Time and Day

EA should place an OCO or an Hedge Pending order on definated times!

OCO activ than no Hedge pending should be placed

1. I want an EA which is placing on definate time ond definated Day an OCO order with definated Lots - Lots are fixed. - "one cancels the other" Order - in pips range to price, when placing the order.

2.Or if set activ placing on definated time an Hedge as pending (just one order) with oversice of actual orders which are in Terminal open - this order should be good till

So if there is in System actual 2 open orders long... 1 order 0.5 lots long and another 0.2 lots long EA is placing and Hedge with 0.7 lots short. xpips away from actual price.
Also if in system is in currency EURUSD 0.5 lots long and 0.2 lots short - Hedge lots would be 0.3 lots
If order in Terminal are on time equal - no Hedge should be placed

I want to definate the order placements Time in advanced for the hole weak and each trading day. So for each Tradingday I want to give several Times were EA should place the OCO order or Hedge if it is selected the Hedge.

I want to definate the time on my region time and EA should calculate the correct Time  - for this I give EA in Input Time distance to broker Time.

Parameter:

Distance Broker time - + 2 hours - time difference from Region to broker Time - for example  2hours

OCO Order - activ inactiv - if activ - no Hedge function

OCO lots - example 0.2 lots - if one order is in the market other order will be deleted

Hedge Order activ inactiv - if activ - no OCO is activ

Godd til - Hedge and OCO´s are god for x minutes - If nothing is written - OCO is good till an execution

- Pips from actual price - is working for Hedge and OCO- example 5 pips from actual price - place an buy and sell order if OCO is activ- buy above - Sell below actual price
  for Hedge Order place also Hedge x pips away from actual price - Not Hedge is good till xminutes

Monday - set activ or inactiv - possibility for each Trading DAY

Time - 14:30 would - 14:30 is Germany time - 2 hour differenc is broker Time So EA should place order correct

For Each tradingday I want to definate 10 times possibilities were EA should place the OCO or the Hedge
