EA trading two stocks simultaneously

Hello.

I would like to have an EA capable of trading two stocks simultaneously, with the following characteristics:

1. It should be capable of calculating the price ratio between two stocks.

2. Two positions would be opened once an arbitrary value for the ratio of stock A price divided by stock B price is reached (which I would manually inform); when this value is reached, the EA should be able to buy A and sell B, each at different quantities, which I should also be able to inform; note that the actual price of these stocks does not matter to me, only the ratio between these prices.

3. The EA would manage the positions based on two possible values for the ratio between prices of A and B, meaning gain and stop targets (also manual inputs), terminating the position once one of them is reached;

4. If possible, the EA should also be capable of providing a "button" for immediate termination of an active position;

5. The EA should be capable of managing several pairs at a time (e.g., by using a magic number), since the same stock might be used in different pairing strategies;

6.The EA should be capable of managing positions during several days, working only at specific hours each day (e.g., from 10:00 AM to 16:45PM, manual input);

7. If possible, a drop-down menu, an overview table or a similar functionality would allow me to easily monitor and manage positions (either active or prospect positions);

8. If an order could not be fulfilled after its pair order was, the EA should seek the best offer to complete the pair, up to a tolerance of n ticks (manual input). E.g., if a buy order of stock A was fulfilled and the sell order of stock B was not, the EA should alter it to match the best offer, or the following n price levels, or terminate the position open in stock A at any price and cancel the pair. The same should be considered for partially executed orders.

A hypothetical trade would unfold as follows:

1. The instant ratio between stock A and stock B is, say, 1,3243.

2. I set a target ratio in, say, 1,3875, when, if reached, the EA will send a buy order of 1000 A and a sell order of 1200 B, with a gain ratio of 1,2500 and a stop ratio at 1,4150. All these parameters were manually inserted in the same occasion.

3. The EA will terminate the position when gain or stop is reached, or if I manually order it to do so.

I understand that the fact that using two stocks will probably impede the usage of the strategy tester. I would like the developer to be available for a few weeks after the conclusion since I might experience some issues when testing it in a demo account.
