Position Size Increase ATR

Hi,

 ATR=20Days

I want an Expert Advisor with the following settings:

If Low<Open-(0.5*ATR)

Buy 1 Lot 

If Low<Open-(1*ATR)

Buy 1 Lot  

If Low<Open-(1.5*ATR)

Buy 1 Lot   

If High>Open+(0.5*ATR)

Sell 1 Lot 

 If High>Open+(1*ATR)

Sell 1 Lot

If High>Open+(1.5*ATR)

Sell 1 Lot  

Close all Opened Positions at 17h each day
