please make an EA using this indicator.

details:

1. There are two lines called stoploss-line,and a panel with some information(see the capture).

2. I want to trade using two timeframe,the periods are variable. By default,short_period is 1h,long_period is 4h. 

3. sell rules: 

      3.1 : panel tells long_period  sell and Rating is 4 stars or more

      3.2 : panel tells short_period  sell and Rating is 4 stars or more.

       it may occurs that market  meet 3.2 but doesn't meet 3.1,then wait for next bar.only when market  meets all the two conditions it sell an order.

       stoploss is the red line,when its value is lower than before change it to the present value.here i want a max-stoploss(avariable,default 100 pips),so stoploss should be the smaller of the stoploss-line and max-stoploss. 

   And vice versa.

4. EA checks only after the bar is formed.

5. use a money management or not.
