Looking for a script writer to write an alert script for a forex program in Visual Basic programming language

I am looking for a script writer to write a simple forex script in Visual Basic.  I realize that this is a MSQL forum, however, there are many programmers that know multiple programming languages.

Job requires writing a simple script that would give three different alerts based on moving averages  a 5 minute chart.

I want the alert to give both alerts to give a sound alert and send an email.  I want the sound alert to refer to a choosable sound file (.wmv) that I would place in the a sound file folder.

First alert would activate when two exponential moving averages SEPARATE  by a predesignated number of pips and would give a sound alert and send an email.

Second alert, would activate after exponential moving average crosses/touches an simple moving average.  Would be able to to choose the moving average numbers.  A different sound and a email would be sent as the alert.

Third alert:  A third alert would sound on the close of a certain number of bars. 

Each alert would create a different marker on the chart to identify itself.

I also need to be able to choose how many bars the alert must wait to reset itself.

And finally I would like to choose how many bars back will the script will back test.

I have support programming templates you  can use to write the alert and sound portions of the script.  

I'm looking forward to getting this done.
