Hello, i need a good and skillful programmer who can enable Sound pop up alert and Email Alert for a support and Resistant indicator.

I have attached some indicator sample in which i want the same features of support and resistant but with sound and email alert.

Rules
when a candle closes above or outside Resistant line, the alert will be given with vertical line drawn on the candle of complete breakout but if the candle closes inside of the resistant line no signals.


when a candle closes below or outside Support line, the alert will be given with vertical line drawn but if the candle closes inside of the support line no signals.

The programmer should have the ability to enable other viable factors which will enable it to work fine without fake breakout and should not be repainting. Breaking out of the line should mark the vertical line.
