PSA R and SuperTrend EA

hi,

i need an expert advisor for the metatrader 4 with the rules:

Go long when Price over SuperTrend AND P-SAR is long (and exit short)

Go short when price under SuperTrend and P-SAR is short (and exit long)

i want to trade forex and CFDs (SP500, Germany30 etc.) 

i need these parameter:

• magicnumber
• volumen trade - 0,2 = 0,2 Lots
• use money management true/false
• if true:
• Risk per trade - 2 = 2%
• psar_step
• psar_max
• supertrend_period
• start handelstime
• end handelstime (trade online in this time-range)
• close all position at end handelstime true/false
• stopLos in Pips - 0 = no SL
• takeProfit in Pips - 0 = no TP
• trailing stop
• trailing stop start
• trailing stop step
