Additional Service and fixes for EA

Fix signals and code:

just add ADX to buy or sell must be rising to code!(from old service)

ON DAILY TIME FRAME, turn off time stop (not close trades on intraday frames when trade stop hour comes)(from old service)

Number XV(from old service) is missing too: the sending of emails when triggering of pending orders.user email set as an input.
New service:
add time subscription for new users, that will subscript per month basis.
