Delete pendings .. If

Hi,

 I require the following :

Monitor & delete pendings.

This EA should delete pendings, if
1. the distance pips is less than any opened order currently in Market.
2. If Maximum allowed orders greater than other side =2
Then EA should delete pending if same side (sell or Buy ) pending appears, and if opened will be more than 2 than other side.

Example already one BUY EURUSD is opened at 1.23456
Another one more BUY at 1.23386 is opened.

EA spots another pending BUY order at 1.13316 .
It deletes that order since , if that trigerred there will be 3 Buy orders > Sell ( currently there are no sell orders )
New Pending Sell EURUSD appears at 1.23436 .
It gets trigerred .
Now there are 2 Buys & 1 Sell . Hence we can allow 1 more Buy limit or stop ..

So parameters will be.

Distance pips to delete new pendings=5 pips
Maximum orders greater than other side = 3

And in EA log.. Also write why that order is deleted.. so I can audit it.

Automatic detect 4 digit & 5 digit
