This job is suitable for a coder who is also a trader and is well acquinted with the arbitraging system. I need someone who knows trading by comparing two brokers. Please read carefully before applying for this job. I don't need an EA that compares prices between broker.

1) The first part of this job is thisHere I need an EA or a script that will tell me which broker is the fastest amongs the brokers that I will run on my VPS. This required EA or script should tell me three things:

(a)  should arrange the brokers from the most fastest to the most slowest. Meaning the quickiest broker should be listed first ahd the lowest should be listed last.

(b)  should tell me in seconds or miliseconds the delay between most fastest broker and the rest of other brokers

(b) Should tell me the latency of each broker to it's trading server.

2.  The second part of this job and this is the most important, I need the coder who knows which broker is faster than Activetrades broker in terms of price gap, such that the broker can be used as the master for Activetrades and Activetrades is the slave. This broker should use MT4 so that I can use my current EA to link these brokers. Please note that I am talking about Live account at Activitrades and NOT demo account at activetrades. There are many brokers that can be used as Master for activetrades Demo accounts because it is lagging behind. But the live Account of Activitrades is fast, so I need a broker that be faster than activetrades live account. If you know this information then you can apply for this job. If you do not know this information then don't apply for this job because this is the important part of this job.

I will test two things before making final payment

(1) that the required EA or script is able to compare the lag or latency amongst all the running MT4 platforms on the VPS

(2) that the mentioned (suggested) broker is indeed faster than activetrades for a live account at activetrades.

(3) that the required EA or script is able to order buy / sell on slow broker
