I am looking for a custom indicator for MT4

I currenctly trade binaries but am looking for someone to make me a very specific indicator for MT4.

Essentailly this will be only for the 1m chart, looking for a user-defined number (basically I want to be able to set the number, ie: 5, 6 ,7, etc) of consecutive higher highs or lower lows,  however the indicator will need to scan over different timeframes, every 2m, 5m and 10m.

So for example, on a 1m chart only, if I set the number of higher highs/lower lows at say 7, I want to be indicated if there is:

7 consecutive higher highs/lower lows at say:

every 2minutes:

10.00, 10.02, 10.04, 10.06, 10.08, 10.10, 10.12 = alert

10.01, 10.03, 10.05, 10.07, 10.09, 10.11, 10.13 = alert

5 minutes:

10.00, 10.05, 10.10, 10.15, 10.20, 10.25, 10.30 = alert

10.01, 10.06, 10.11, 10.16, 10.21, 10.26, 10.31 = alert

10.02, 10.07, 10.12, 10.17, 10.22, 10.27, 10.32 = alert

10.03, 10.08, 10.13, 10.18, 10.23, 10.28, 10.33 = alert

10.04, 10.09, 10.14, 10.19, 10.24, 10.29, 10.34 = alert

10 minutes:

10.00, 10.10, 10.20, 10.30, 10.40, 10.50, 11.00 = alert

10.01, 10.11, 10.21, 10.31, 10.41, 10.51, 11.01 = alert

10.02, 10.12, 10.22, 10.32, 10.42, 10.52, 11.02 = alert

etc, etc, etc, etc.

I dont know the mechanics of how coding for this would work, but I have set up a very basic manual indicator via excel but because it is very basic and requires manual price inputs, its just not viable for how I am looking to trade.

I apperciate that alerting for 2m, 5m and 10m sequences on a 1 minute chart may look confusing so was thinking that perhaps these would be indicated by a 2, 5 or 10 showing up under the Xth candle, just a thought, I would also require a sound alert.
