NEED AN ALERT FOR 5 MOVING AVERAGE CROSSOVER

Hello, 

I need a simple indicator that triggers an alert when price closes above (or below) 5 moving averages. Here are the requirements:

- I need to be able to specify each moving average.

- Indicator needs to be able to filter for long signals, short signals or both.

- When the alert is triggered, it should specify the pair, the time and the price. For example: '1005 BUY EURGBP 0.7282'

And the most important requirement is the following: 

- For 'buy' signals, all 5 moving averages must all be sloping upward (and the price needs to be above).

- For 'sell' signals, all 5 moving averages must all be sloping downward (and the price needs to be below).

For a signal to be triggered, the order of the moving averages does not matter. For example, the moving averages themselves do NOT need to crossover in any specific order. I only need to know when they are all sloping in the same direction and price is above (or below). Please let me know if there are any questions.
