Simple RSI 14 with a 9 EMA and we buy / sell or call / put on the RSI / EMA Cross over

In the inputs needs to have the expiry and the size and the RSI period and the EMA period

This should calculate on every tick i dont want the EA to open late waiting for candles to close, the min the RSI and EMA cross i want it open my RSI and EMA numbers have 4 digits after the decimal point so when it goes over by 0.0001 this should open
