EA needed to help me learn metatrader 4 code

Hello,

My name is Perry and I'm new to Metatrader 4 programming.  The best way for me to learn is to see the code and break it down myself.  I am looking for someone to write me a EA with the way I want it so I can study it. It most likely won't be a profitable EA but it will help me learn.

This is what I want the EA to do:

Tell me what currency pair I am looking at.

Tell me what the broker spread is.

Tell me what my account balance is.

Ask me how many pips to set Take Profit at.

Ask me how many pips to set Stop Loss at.

Ask me is there a specific time period of the day I want the EA to run.

If yes, then what is the starting and stopping time period.

Ask me if I want to start with buy or sell.

Tell me number of wins.

Tell me number of loses.

Tell me the maximum number of wins in a row.

Tell me the maximum number of loses in a row.

The way I want the EA is to trade is by scalping.  If I start with buy the next trade I want it to do is sell right after the last order closes. So it will trade (buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell .... and so on) based on what I choose at the start.  I know this isn't a smart way to trade but it's about the program to help me learn to program.   

If this is something you can do, how long would it take to get the program and how much would it cost?
