I need two orders to be place with one click at particular time.

i need two orders to be place with one click at particular time.

one order is buy/sell order  other is buy stop/ sell stop order .

let me explain clearly....

ex... eurusd price 1.10865 present.

now i want place one buy order at 1.10865 and buy stop pending order at 13 pips above that is 1.10995 this two orders must be placed with single click.... 

and the last column box in the image is pips size difference(1-100). if i given 13 number then pending order must be place above 13 pips to buy price position opened.
