A pinbar alert indicator

I need a pinbar alert indicaot which works on MT5.

 1/ email and popup windows alert( i can choose to turn on or turn off popup window alert)

2/ send alet when pinbar close above or below a horizontal line( when it is a bullish pinbar , send bullish alert . vice versa).  there can be several horizontal lines on the chart.

3/it shows high and low of that closed pinbar on the corner of the chart
