Experienced MQL5 Developer / Trader Needed – Optimize Existing EA for Profitability

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer who is also a knowledgeable trader to analyze, test, and improve my existing Expert Advisor (EA) on MetaTrader 5.

My EA is already well developed and has its core trading logic in place. I am not looking to build a new bot from scratch. The main objective is to identify what is preventing the EA from being consistently profitable and make carefully considered improvements while preserving the original strategy as much as possible.

I also need the EA tested for compatibility with a Duramarket MT5 hedging account.

What I Need

I need someone who understands both MQL5 programming and real trading, not just someone who can write code.

The ideal developer should be able to analyze the strategy from a trader's perspective, identify weaknesses, and determine whether improvements to the entry logic, exits, risk management, or trade management could improve its performance.
