MT4 EA Needed

I would like to automate Doda Bollinger  Bands, and have the option to set the stoploss to my choice and have the option of setting a target ( Take Profit) to exit the trade, 

The entry would be when for example a bollinger band is below the price bars it shows a long position is setting up when the first big DOT that shows its now changing has completed i want an order to be put on to say if the high of this bar is taken out to enter the trade, the exit will be either the take profit target that i put in the input or it will exit if another signal for short is setting up.

The entry orders only go on when the first big dot (changed bollinger band either from short to long or long to short) has closed confirming the direction changed 

Entry for long position should be 2 pips above high, short entry 2 pips below low. Allowing the options for lot size, stoploss and take profit on input page. 

when the bollinger bands are above the price showing a short position setting up when the first big dot appears showing a short setting up, when that bar closes to confirm a short entry, for the EA to put a order on the low of that bar for an entry. Same exit strategy, if it hits the take profit target or a long position bollinger band is setting up to automatically close.

If the order is not triggered then cancel the order when the next Bollinger band sets up.
