Independent Python/XAUUSD Evidence Review and Attestation — ALKOOS-AI

We are seeking an independent technical reviewer for a frozen Python evidence/specification candidate related to an XAUUSD paper-trading risk system (ALKOOS-AI).

This is NOT a request to develop, modify, optimize, or execute a trading robot or trading strategy.

The task is limited to independent verification of a prepared evidence package. The reviewer should verify:

1. Integrity of the supplied frozen artifact using SHA-256 hashes.
2. Consistency of the supplied evidence chain.
3. The documented Python specification and its derivation from the supplied evidence.
4. The exact Demo-only scope and stated applicability.
5. That the final review result is bound to the exact reviewed artifact/candidate hash.

Required deliverable:

An independently issued review statement, report, certificate, fingerprint, or equivalent attestation identifying:

• the reviewed artifact/candidate by SHA-256 or candidate integrity hash;
• the exact Demo-only review scope;
• reviewer identity or MQL5 profile identity;
• review date/time;
• explicit review decision/result;
• a unique reviewer-issued identifier or fingerprint that can later be independently associated with the review.

Important restrictions:

• No LIVE trading is requested or authorized.
• No broker connection or fund movement is requested.
• No credentials are required.
• No production execution is required.
• No modification of the frozen candidate is requested.

A sanitized review/handoff package is prepared. Private supporting evidence will only be shared with the selected reviewer if necessary and through an agreed method.
