Seeking Talented Developer to Create Trading Algo/robot with Specific Parameters

Required: Creation, Integration and successful execution of trading algo/robot in MT5 using MT5 VPS, and Execution of trades in MT5 via trading view (pine script), and c#(.NET) code for cTrader, all setups required on urgent basis.

Brokers : Trades to be executed in both brokers Swissquote and Pepperstone.

Parameters required 

1. Manual Start/Stop
2. Session Time: Start Time (works as per below conditions) / End Time (auto all trades closed) / 24x7(works as per below conditions in swing trading mode)
3. Symbol selection
4. Timeframe of candle can be defined for entry and exit.
5. Reference price entered for entry and exit
6. Condition to trade with reference points: Only buy side trades/ Only Sell side trades / Both side trades.
7. Lot size can be defined, on SL lot size multiplier option required.
8. Option for Delay in seconds required for execution of trade to be taken once conditions are met.
9. Option for profit booking for some quantity at target price (Also profit booking pips calculation will be from reference and not market entry price, pips calculation will vary in xauusd, us30 and other symbols, will need solution for this)
10. After profit booking remaining quantity runs till SL or algo end time.
11. After SL same process repeats.
12. Auto Check of trades in backend, is everything perfect or any errors, if any errors algo to stop with closing of all trades and notification to be sent.
13. 100% privacy of trades required.

 The core idea is simple: I need a fully automated robot built for the Forex market that follows a pure swing-trading approach and capture multi-day to multi-week price moves with clear, rule-based entries, exits, and risk management so I can leave the strategy running unattended.
