## Project Summary

I am hiring an experienced *MQL5 developer* to convert an existing *Heikin Ashi–based scalping strategy (currently written in Pine Script)* into a fully automated Expert Advisor for *MetaTrader 5*.

The trading logic already exists.
Your role is implementation, execution reliability, and engineering improvements — particularly eliminating trades during consolidation/ranging markets.

This is a custom build. Not a template or basic script conversion.

## What I Will Provide

* Pine Script strategy code
* Exact entry/exit rules
* Risk parameters
* Examples of expected behavior
* Screenshots/backtests for reference

You are not required to design the strategy itself — only convert and engineer it properly.

# Strategy Overview (Heikin Ashi Scalping)

The system is a short-term scalping strategy based on:

* Heikin Ashi candle logic
* Momentum/volatility confirmation
* Breakout or displacement-style moves
* Lower timeframe execution
* High trade precision and fast execution

Instrument:
* XAUUSD (Gold)

Timeframes:
* 1M–5M execution

Core behavior:
* Trade only when momentum is present
* Avoid sideways/ranging markets
* Fast entries and exits
* One position at a time

# Primary Technical Requirement – Consolidation Filtering (Developer Responsibility)

The Pine version currently enters too many trades during consolidation.

You must design and implement a professional solution to prevent trading in low-volatility or sideways conditions.

You are expected to engineer this using appropriate quantitative methods, for example:

* Volatility/ATR filters
* Momentum or displacement detection
* Range compression detection
* Volume filters
* Statistical or structural filters
* Any other reliable technique

Method choice is yours.

Requirement:
The EA must clearly separate:
* Consolidation → no trades
* Directional/momentum markets → allow trades

This filter must be testable and effective in backtesting.

## Entry & Execution

* Convert Pine Script logic accurately into MQL5
* Immediate execution when conditions are met
* No duplicate orders
* Only one open trade at a time
* No trade spamming
* Stable execution during fast price movement

## Risk Management (mandatory)

* 0.5% risk per trade
* Maximum daily loss limit
* Automatic lot sizing
* Stop loss and take profit set instantly
* No martingale, grid, or averaging

## Engineering Standards

* Clean, modular, readable code
* Proper logging and error handling
* No blocking loops or freezes
* Runs continuously without supervision
* Works correctly in live trading

## Backtesting

* Fully compatible with MT5 Strategy Tester
* No repainting
* No lookahead bias
* Historical behavior matches rules

# Deliverables

* Complete .mq5 source code
* Compiled .ex5 file
* Installation instructions
* Input/parameter documentation
* Brief explanation of consolidation filter logic
* Panel to manually change time frames and risk

# Required Experience

* Advanced MQL5 development
* Automated trading systems
* Strategy conversion from *TradingView* Pine Script
* Experience implementing market-state or volatility filters
* Risk-based position sizing

# Application Requirements:

* Proof of previous work

* Proposed approach to consolidation filtering

1 week is needed after all requirements are met for a testing period to ensure all functions are working smoothly and as expected
