Simple Equity Trailing Stop EA with 3 Parameters for MT4

I need a clean, single-purpose Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 (MT4, MQL4 only) that monitors total account equity and closes all trades based on simple percentage rules. I want to be able to modify the values of the three parameters on the fly after trading has started.

The full project budget of $350 is already in my MQL5 account and will be placed into secure escrow immediately upon selecting the right developer.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. THREE INPUT PARAMETERS ONLY:

   - ActivationProfitPercent (example: 5 for 5%)

   - TrailingStopPercent (example: 2 for 2%)

   - EmergencyStopLossPercent (example: 20 for 20%, default = 0)

2. LOGIC:

   A. Emergency Stop Loss (if enabled):

   - If EmergencyStopLossPercent > 0

   - Monitor equity from starting balance

   - If equity drops by EmergencyStopLossPercent% from starting balance → Close all trades

   B. Activation & Trailing Stop:

   - Monitor total account equity

   - When equity reaches (StartingBalance + ActivationProfitPercent%) → start trailing

   - Trail TrailingStopPercent% below the highest equity after activation

   - If trailing stop triggers → Close all trades

   C. Close All Trades Means:

   - Close EVERY open trade in the account (any symbol, any magic number, any comment)

   - Delete all pending orders

   - No filters, no exceptions

3. NO UNNECESSARY FEATURES:

   - No trade filters (by magic number, symbol, comment, etc.)

   - No disable/enable switches

   - No alerts, emails, logging panels, or buttons

   - No charts, GUI, or settings beyond the three input parameters

   - Keep it minimal, robust, and lightweight

DELIVERABLES MUST INCLUDE:

- Working .ex4 file for MT4

- FULL MQL4 SOURCE CODE (.mq4 file)

- Brief documentation of the three parameters

- Full ownership and modification rights upon payment

BUDGET & TIMELINE:

- Budget: $250–350 USD (negotiable)

- Period: 10–14 days

- Platform: MetaTrader 4 only (MQL4, not MT5)

Please bid only if you can deliver a clean, well-tested EA with exactly the logic described above. The tentative EA must include only the three parameters listed, any extra features are grounds for rejection. Allow me two weeks to test it out.

1. Full, uncompiled  .mq5  source code is required upon delivery. Payment is contingent on my successful compilation of this source.

2. The EA is strictly forbidden from using the following functions:  WinExec() ,  ShellExecute() ,  FileOpen()  for operations outside the Terminal data folder, and any unapproved network functions ( WebRequest ).

3. The EA must only read/write to its designated data folder within the MetaTrader directory.

4. The work will be conducted through MQL5 Escrow. Code that is obfuscated or contains unauthorized operations will result in project cancellation.
