ADD divergence rule and bollinger band rule to existing Mq5 EA

I would like to add two rules for trade entry for an existing MQ5 EA. These rules can be set individually to true or false from the User Inputs

these two rules can be happening on the current price or have happened a user input defined number of candles before the existing rules.

Rule 1 (bollinger band rule)

For a buy trade the there must be 20 candles that have not returned to the center bollinger band 

for the sell trade the opposite must be true

rule 2 (Divergence)

There are 3 types of divergence,

EA divergence were the peaks of the EA'S in the divergence indicator are the opposite from the peaks in the price as sown in the picture

Histogram divergence were the same rule as above applys

Hidden divergence - were the current price is lower or higher than the previous pull back and showing the opposite on the histogram as shown in the attached picture.
