MT5 Draw Rectangle with Fib levels and Place orders

I want a trading box for MT5 which can place limit orders.

When I draw a rectangle on a specific zone, I want the option to place orders at multiple fibonacci levels with the click of a button.

The rectangle which I draw should automatically have the following levels on the zone: (0, 0.236, 0.318, 0.5, 0.618, 0.786, 1).

There should be three buttons on the screen (BUY / SELL / DELETE).

When I press BUY, the EA should automatically place Buy limit orders at the selected Fibonacci levels. (Vice Versa for SELL).

When I press DELETE, all pending orders on the pair should be deleted.

In the settings, I should be able to enable and disable each Fibonacci level.

Choose SL and TP settings (Fixed Size, % Balance, RR, SL edge of zone or Fixed etc)

Break even and Trail settings

Major News Filter 

Developer should have created a similar order panel before, must speak clear English and communicate promptly.
