Want an EA to apply TP and SL for orders opened by another EA.

I have an EA and it opens orders. I dont have the source code of my existing EA, hence cant do much there. So I need an EA to add TP and SL to the orders created by my other existing EA. This EA should be able to manage 1000+ orders at the same time and hence needs to be efficient. So basically, this new EA should be able to apply TP and SL to the new orders created by my other existing EA or any manual trades. Should work for both Buy and Sell orders. I can get on a meeting if required.

Requirement:

Apply TP and Trailing SL.

I need atleast 8 to 10 levels of TP. Once the price is above TP1 and heading towards TP2, I need the trailing stop loss to set at TP1. Then once the price crosses TP2 and heading towards TP3, I need the SL set at TP2 and so on.

If the value in the variables in SL & TP is 0, then it is turned off by default. 

If SL is 0, then new opening order wont have any SL. But once the prices crosses TP1, SL will be assigned TP1 and so on as prices crosses further TPs.
