A Neural Networks specialist needed to model and rebuild an indicator (RE-ADVERTISED)

I have posted the job before, I have been in conversation with a developer who could do it but our communicator is so bad - it  takes about 3 days to get a responce from him. This job is more urgent than that, I need someone who can communicated more effectively so that I can finish my project asap.

I don't really understand the extent to which we can use Neural Networks, but I think we can solve the problem I have at the moment. I need a Neural Network specialist to help me model the behaviour of a custom, and really irregular, indicator and potentially come up with a general rule or an equation that calculates the values of this indicator for each candle up to the current candle. We will then try to rebuild this indicator based on the logic that we found using a NN. It is also important to mention that I'm aware that we might not get to replicate my mystery indicator, but I need something closer to it.

I have only $250 for this job, don't try your luck. I need a trial version of this solution, so I'm willing to commit and start the job with $100, get a trial and only top up the budget if the trial works well. Apply if and only if you are experienced in ML, and you can provide a trial version.
