EA for buying\selling after candlestick breakout

Hello coders,

I am requiring an EA to activate trades after a candlestick breakout from the previous candlestick close  (including wick).

The EA must buy/long if the breakout candlestick goes above previous candlestick high, and the EA must sell/short if the breakout candlestick goes below the previous candlestick low.

This EA must have the following criteria:

• Activate trades after the breakout of a specific candlestick high/low (including wick).
• Manual input of the desired time/hour that the EA must activate the trade.
• Manual input of the TP and SL based on Balance, % of account, and/or Pips.
• Trade must come to Breakeven entry and take 10% off the position at 1R. 
• The strategy is based on a 1:2 RR.
• If the first trade is a lost, then it must open a second trade in the opposite direction based on the 1:2RR.
