MT5 EA Needed

I need an English-speaking experienced programmer with availability this week to create an EA for MT5, based on the provided requirements specifications. The algorithm is pretty basic; I will share the detailed RS with the selected developer, including the data to use, lists of inputs, errors, actions to take when lists of conditions are true, calculations for orders, etc.; no indicators to be used at this point. It should operate on selected days of the week and in sets of time periods on those days. Basically, the idea is to enter percentages to the inputs, and to use those to calculate lot size, buy/sell stop/limit order prices based on the actual market price, as well as their SL and TP, and it will also need to refer back to the last closed positions’ profits and open/close prices to define what actions to proceed with. The EA should be able to work well with any broker, demo and real account, any account currency (EUR/GBP/USD), and with any symbol / Forex currency pair / CFD crypto currency. This is intended to be a starting point with potential further development (preferably with the same developer); it might not even be profitable at first, but would like to start testing and playing around to observe behaviour and results to see what direction to move forward to with this. I would like to receive the source code upon completion of last working stage and have all the exclusive rights to the ordered program/software.
