Looking for experienced developer to create simple EA

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a simple EA.

EA requirements as follows:

1. EA needs to check if a trade is open based on magic number entered in EA settings by the user.
2. if matching magic number trade is open, then EA should do the following:

a. if the magic number trade closes with TP. then do nothing.
b. if the magic number trade closes with SL, then open a trade in the opposite direction, with SL = magic number trade entry price, TP = multiple of SL (e.g 2x), entered by user in settings.
c. if opposite direction trade closes with TP, then do nothing.
d. if opposite direction trade closes with SL, then open a trade in the same direction as original magic number trade, with SL = entry of first opposite direction trade, TP = multiple of SL (e.g 2x)
e. if this trade closes with TP, then do nothing.
f. if this trade closes with SL, then open trade in opposite direction, with SL = magic number trade entry price, TP = multiple of SL (e.g 2x).
g. continue like this, until TP happens.

other settings:
1. trade lot size should be user entered in settings for each trade, allowing for up to 12 trade lot sizes to be entered.
2. maximum number of simultaneous magic number trades EA is allowed to trade with.
