Create a Robot that can take bids using specific conditions to predict direction

Hello,

I am looking for a serious and available programmer to help with the programming of an EA based on the below picture concept. The positions as shown in the picture consist of 6 lines. 3 lines helps to predict the BUY position/opportunities and also 3 Lines helps to predict the SELL opportunities. The Lowest of the 3 BUY lines can be used to Start a BUY position upwards with multiple trades after the first position and a logical programming to close trades together when market is reversing direction.  Also the Highest of the 3 SELL can be used to start the SELL bid opportunities.

So the condition is for the EA to have different lot sizes for the 6 lines which can also be classified to 3 groups below.   

Apart from Group 2, Group 1 and 3 can be set up to predict the trend/direction of the market and then bids can be taken towards and against the direction correctly in the right order. The static line in Group 3 can be used to initiate multiple trend trades towards the direction of the changing side when the market direction is moving towards the trend/direction.  So in the example above, the yellow line becoming static will be used to initiate a BUY trade upwards and stop buying anytime the upper line becomes static. It can however initiate a new position when price goes below previous static position if price falls lower.

On the other hand, Group 1 Higher position will be used to initiate a reversal position/ bid if market tries to reverse backwards. So for example in the picture above, the GREEN line which is the Higher will start to initiate a SELL bid if price falls below it downwards.

There will be a distance for the trades and all trades towards a direction can close if market tries to reverse the direction of the bids.

I will explain better on the steps once I get the best programmer for the job.
