Here are two photos of the methods I want done and negotiated. I have more projects after this, but these two are a test to see if anyone is capable and works well with my team and myself.

1) Capture the high and low of a session range.

2) Have a trading window to enter if price breaks the High or Low of the session range.

3) Market execute when price breaks the range high or low for the Breakout Method. Place Buy Stop Limit or Sell Stop Limit when price breaks the range high or low for the Reversion Method.

4) Have settings to change the Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) to a multiple of the session range high to low. I want one decimal place (ex. 1.2 or 3.9)

5) Once the trading session window is finished, do not allow any trades to be placed.

6) One trade Per day MAX. If the Low breaks and we enter a trade, the opposite side of the range should not be entered if price breaks that level.
