I need to create a custom EA in mt5 for personal use with very simple and specified requirements and tasks.

Idea: The basic idea is i will install and keep Active the EA on my MT5 trading account, The EA will capture all the signal related activity and send/ transmit into my webhook URL in JSON format.

Requirements:

EA Must have able to capture All the signal related activity in Realtime and transmit into webhook URL.
EA will cover all OnTradeTransaction Events.
Zero Latency/Realtime is the key point - When any signal related activity happens it will chapter immediately and send to the webhook URL.
Webhook data format will be JSON data type.
Error Reporting Enable/Disable via Email(When any error will happend it will the report to email - Error to send Webhook URL, if found any missing webhook sending, error to capture, Error to EA oparation etc).
Able to capture both signal event manual and automatic order.
Visual Report dashboard on chart with(Run time, Down-time report capture, Active Deactive Mode, Online/Offline Mode, Total Running Order, Missing Webhook sending, Order in a day,week,month Etc... All Nasicity report data).
Input Options(Webhook URL, Notification Email etc...)
Very Optimize, Specific and Clean Coding.
Delivery with Source code and explain why it Zero Latency.
