EA based on the RSI indicator

Create an Expert Advisor script in MQL5 for Metatrader 5 with the following elements:

1. Use the input function to be processed in the code so that it can be manually set (including on or off) with the following elements:

• [Stop loss] of 15 points
• [Trailing stop] of 10 points
• [Trailing step] of 1 point
• [Take profit] of 100 points
• [Lot size]
• [3 different time zones] during which the script trades
• [RSI 14] based on the [current price]
• [RSI 14] based on a [candle close]
• [Level 30] of the [RSI 14] based on the [current price]
• [Level 70] of the [RSI 14] based on the [current price]
• [Level 30] of the [RSI 14] based on a [candle close]
• [Level 70] of the [RSI 14] based on a [candle close]
• [Partial close #1] at 30 points with a lot size of 0.2
• [Partial close #2] at 15 points with a lot size of 0.5
• [Choosing a limit order or market order] when placing the [opening trade]
• [Choosing a limit order or market order] when placing the [partial close]

2. General points for the script for an Expert Advisor in MQL5 for Metatrader 5:

• The script trades on the pair it is attached to, include this in the script
• The script trades on the timeframe it is attached to, include this in the script
• 1 trade at a time

3. Conditions for placing a buy limit order:

• The RSI based on the real time current price goes from an oversold position through 30, and;
• The RSI based on the real time current price is above 30 for at least 10 seconds 
• The bot only checks the last time the RSI crossed above 30

4. The buy limit order is canceled if:

• The current RSI goes from above 30 back to the oversold position
• The buy limit order is not filled within 1 minute

5. Functions when opening the trade:

• The stop loss function is activated

6. Functions during the trade:

• The partial close function is activated after 15 points, selling 0.5 lot size of the trade with a market sell
• The partial close function is activated after 30 points, selling 0.2 lot size of the trade with a market sell
• When reaching 10 points during the ongoing trade, the trailing stop is activated

7. Closing the trade with a market sell or limit order:

• The RSI 14 on the 5-minute timeframe closes above 70 (based on candle close)
• The price closes 5 candles below the MA20 on the 1-minute timeframe
• The price has not reached at least 10 points within 15 minutes from the opening price
• Take Profit of 100 points
