Specifiche

I have an indicator that provides signals  with an entry point, stop level and 3 take profit levels and I need this converted into an Expert Advisor. An image of how the indicator looks when it provides signals is below 


the EA should meet the following requires 
- place one trade when a signal is received from the indicator and set SL to Stop Level from the indicator and TP to Target Level 1. When price reaches Target Level 1, close half of the trade and move the SL to the Signal Level. Once price, gets to Target Level 2, close the entire trade. 
- Have a time filter so the indicator only trades the specific session ( for example only London or New York ) 

- Create a news filter so the EA doesn't trade during "red folder" news as defined on ForexFactory.com
