Simple EA based on Half-trend indicator needed

Hello,

I am interested in having a specific EA built for use in the MT4 platform with the following functionality: -

1. Entry using the Half-trend indicator (amplitude 2 and channel deviation 2 as standard default). Needs to have as little lag and repainting as possible.  
2. Entry is buy or sell. 
3. The indicator must only print signals in a buy-sell-buy-sell-buy etc sequence.  For example it cannot have 2 signals for buy and then sell, the signals must be alternate. 
4. This strategy has no stop loss, therefore the reversal entry in the opposite direction is the stop loss.
5. The TP is 5 pips (to be adjustable), this closes the trade(s).
6. The EA needs to identify the previous loss trade or number of loss trades and recalculate the exact lot size when entering in the opposite direction to cover the exact loss (or losses) plus the 5 pips profit at the higher lot size, to account for the risk.
7. Once TP is hit all trades close and wait for the next signal. 
8. In addition, the ability to switch on a stop loss option (able to determine the number of pips), any stop loss activated will need to recover the loss (by recalculating lot size) on the next trade.
