Zig Zag breakout custom bot

I'm looking for a custom EA, that is able to use a zigzag to mark out highs and lows, then set entries based on these higher highs, or lower lows. It needs to be able to make both buy and sell orders. 

High/ low is broken

New high/ low is made

Entry is set at 0.50 and 0.75 retrace (based on most recent high and low point)

Stop is set behind point 0, plus a buffer

Exit is new high/ low (point 0)

Variable Settings needed:

Lot size

Stop buffer size

Zig zag look length

Order timeout if order not taken up after x amount of time

Amount needed to break high/low point to trigger entry

Entry not taken unless profit is at least x pips (should also help stop small choppy entries and small target ntries where fees would eat any profit)

Continue entry in same direction, or only take entry if opposite direction to previous trade (can be switched on and off to prevent multiple entries in same direction and would then only target a reversal)

Potential issues:

Small choppy moves triggering entries

Zig zag correctly identifying a high and low

The marking of the 1 and 0 points being inaccurate
