I am looking for a simple 'if this price then' trade manager. if price touches this level then enter buy/sell:lot:pips

I program but in a different language so i can offer suggestions for logic also.

requirement:

must speak english 

must be able to possibly jump on a quick zoom so i can explain how it works or what im looking for.

Ideally it would be a panel where i can enter the opening price

it enters this as a limit order.

then it manages the if then based on internal settings.

so 

if price  at 1.105  buy , target x pips away 

// as per settings 

hedge price = x pips lower // price must hit either the target or the hedge close 

open sellstop hedge trade.

if price hit target then close all trades. pending other weise.

if price hit hedge trade then enter buy/sell:lot:pip target;

// here price must hit target or price will hit the next hedge trade.
