Create an indicator that combine up to 4 indicator's signals into 1

Hi I’ve found an indicator which supposedly send arrows/signals by combining up to 4 indicator’s signals into 1.But the problem the indicator doesn’t show any arrow or signal when it’s added to MT4. So I want someone to create an indicator that work with this function.

*This indicator looks simple,it has 2 entry type when you doble click it: Intrabar (send arrows/signals while the current candlestick is forming ) and New bar (send arrows/signals after the current candlestick is closed)

*It has 2 buffer type: buy and sell

*It has to send arrows/signals when other indicators has align the signals only

*Ignore the rest settings from the indicator sample itself which you don’t see in the screenshot
