I  want a easy  robot for  EUR/USD

I want   a  script this specifications:

   125 days moving average , in 1 hour chart  break  (short/long) (buy /sell)  of   > 0,0031 pips  , profit to closed order 0,00890 pips  Stop loss 0,0030 pips

 

Only active robot from 7 to 11 CET and   14 to 16 CET  

 

Please help me I need  a VPS server and how I upload robot in metatrader4 with IG markets
