Create a simple EA based on the Multi timeframe parabolic sar

In search of a coder who can develop an MT4 EA based on a Multi time frame Parabolic Sar. The SAR settings must be fully customizable. For instance I would like to use the 1 minute parabolic sar for entry on the five minute chart. 

The strategy is simple, Every time price (crosses or  closes with body) above the last dote on the upper SAR take a buy entry. Vise versa for the sell entry.

Other features that the EA must have. 

1) Take profit. Can be determine by Pip or opposite SAR. 

2) Stop Loss, can be determine by Pip or if price reverses

3) Option to choose "Candle close" or "candle passes the upper or lower dot" 

4) Trailing / brake even. Trailing must start from brake even. 

5) Simple Time filter 

6) Option to determine how many entries are taken

7) Option to choose for additional entries to be incase of a slight pull back

8) Option to choose a Momentum or Volatility filter (Not a must but if you add it please do) 

9) Option to choose a multi timeframe EMA filter (yes or No) 

10) Option to choose a second fully customization multi timeframe parabolic sar for trend filter (yes or No)
