I need to create an EA for MT4 based on SMA and MACD

I want to make an EA based on SMA and MACD

Trading idea:uses a 200 sma and macd [slow ema 200,fast ema 50,period 9]

Trend ;Identified by the 200 sma{chart above 200 sma for bullish trend,chart price below 200 sma for bearish trend}

Trding signal:Bullish signal-chart price above 200 sma,Macd histogram crosses from below zero to above zero{histogram not signal line}

                    Bearish signal-chart price below 200 sma,Macd histogram crosses  from above zero to below zero{histogram not signal line}

Positions:Opened-at market price the next candle after the opening conditions are met,5 positions open{Number of positions is an adjustable condition},size of lotsizes should be adjustable also.

               Closure-at market price the next candle after the closing conditions are met,Close all positions at once.

Closure conditions;-Indicator closure;Buy signal-Macd histogram crosses from above zero to below zero,sell signal-Macd histogram crosses from below zero to above zero.

                            -Move Stoploss to breakeven after 20 pips{number of pips is an adjustable condition}

                            -Stoploss after 30 pips{number of pips is an adjustable condition}

                            -Take profit after 80 pips{number of pips is an adjustable condition}

                            -Trailing stop  of 20 pips{number of pips is an adjustable condition}

Additional filter:-RSI{period of 10}buy signal when rsi above 50 level,sell signal when rsi below 50 level

Allow Duplicate trades:-open 5 positions at once{Number of positions is an adjustable condition}

Total number of trades open in a day-10{Number of positions is an adjustable condition}

Close trades at the end of the day-NO{Open trades should not be closed at the end of the day}

Additional Money management options:Risk fixed percentage of equity in all trades{adjustable number]
