Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to help us integrate a trading strategy into an adaptive trading EA algorithm. This is a critical project that requires expertise in algorithmic trading and the chosen trading platform (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5).

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to understand the trading strategy and objectives.
- Develop and customize the adaptive trading EA based on the provided strategy.
- Implement risk management rules and position sizing logic.
- Optimize the EA for performance and reliability.
- Conduct backtesting and simulation to validate the algorithm's effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing algorithmic trading strategies and EAs.
- Proficiency in the chosen trading platform (e.g., MT4/MT5).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading principles.
- Understanding of risk management techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Optional Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of machine learning or AI for adaptive trading.
- Experience with different asset classes (e.g., Forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies).
