Fix Minimal Repainting Issue for MT4 Indicator (mql4)

I'm looking to resolve a repainting issue for a custom indicator that a freelancer did in Fiverr. The indicator throws divergence lines and arrows based on intermarket relationship concept, which ICT made popular and called it SMTD (smart money tool divergence). I'm pleased with the product, the quality of divergences and arrows. The freelancer says that it does not repaint. When tested on the strategy tester for indicators it does not appear to repaint. However, when you run it on the EA strategy tester using a Strategy Builder EA, it throws different arrows on different places (please see the pictures below). Suggesting that the script's command to recognize this divergences and throw arrows is kind of unstable. Moreover, the strategy tester EA has a tool that tells you when an indicator repaints called the Shift Setting Helper Tool. You can see on the second picture exclamation marks for the SMC_Divergence Indicator, meaning that in fact it repaints. Any help resolving this issue will be most appreciated.
